Presentation playback stops while viewing it

If you were able to play back a presentation but the playback is slowed or stopped, it may be that your Internet connection is insufficient to view the presentation smoothly in HD (“High Definition”).

You can view presentations in low definition by pressing the “HD” icon to deactivate “High Definition” mode.
