My upload has been in processing for several hours/“The verification of your presentation has taken longer than expected”

To verify if your file has been submitted, the platform will give you the option of verify and validate it.

Nonetheless, if your upload is stuck on “processing”or you receive the message “The verification of your presentation has taken longer than expected” these are the most common causes: 

• The size of the file is very large
• Multiple files are being uploaded at the same time, due to the deadline. 
• The file may be damaged 

Here are two solutions:

1. You can close the window and you will receive an email to inform you that the file has been uploaded.
2. If the verification message persists after several hours, please contact us via the support button.
