How to record and upload my presentation?

1. On your online platform, click on "Upload" to start the upload and recording process: 

2. Accept the guidelines and agreements 

3. Install the app by clicking on "NO, I DON'T HAVE IT"

4. Go to your "Downloads" and execute the installation

5. Once installed, you must go back to your online space web page and click on "Upload" again to start your recording on the app. 

6. Once you open the app, please click on "Select my presentation"

7. Select your PPT file: 

8. Click on "Record presentation"

The PPT slides will open in Full screen.

9. Please make sure that on the Screencast menu on the right, you see your webcam (1), the microphone (you should see the green volume bar moving to make sure it is working) (2) and your PPT slides in miniature (3).

Once you are ready, click on "START RECORD" (4). 

10. The recording has started, you can start presenting your talk. To pass the slides, you can use the arrows located on the lower left side of the presentation or use your keyboard/mouse as if you were changing the slides on PowerPoint. 

11. Once you finish the recording, click on "STOP". The recording will be saved and you will be able to make record a new recording by clicking on "I want to do another one" if you wish. 

12. After choosing the recording on the left side of the menu, select on "VALIDATE AND SEND"

13. Finally, click again on "VALIDATE MY PRESENTATION":

14. To verify that the recording has been uploaded, please go to your upload platform or to your Personal Space to verify it:
